Continuing & International Education
Continuing and International Education has four major components:
- The adult non-credit Continuing Education program attended by 45,000 adults annually across the district;
- The Adult Education Centres with six major sites and multiple satellite programs across the district. This program enrolls 8,500 youth and adults working towards high school graduation;
- Summer School programs for local and international students, providing hundreds of academic and general-interest courses in July and August for 12,000 registrants; and
- International Education program that enrolls 950 students from 15 countries in short- and long-term study programs, engages in international projects, teacher exchanges and related initiatives.
