BDDCA-R: Communcations to the Board
All letters addressed to the Chairperson of the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”), dealing with Board business, are to be circulated to trustees for information upon receipt. When the response is signed by the Chairperson, it should also be circulated to trustees.
Letters addressed to other individuals of which a copy has been sent to the Chairperson are to be circulated to trustees.
Form letters are to be circulated to trustees.
Copies of all letters which the Chairperson of the Board has been instructed to write are to be circulated to trustees.
