GC Note: The categories in the GC (Professional Staff) section are designed to cover both teaching staff and certificated administrative and supervisory staff. Statements pertaining to the Superintendent of Schools, however, have been filed elsewhere (see CB School Superintendent and its subcodes), and some role descriptions of senior management reporting to the Superintendent have been filed as subcodes of CD (Management Team); see also code CF (School Building Administration) for matters pertaining to school principalship.
When policies and regulations differ for teachers and administrators, this has, in some cases, been made clear by adding a numeral to the code letters; for example:
