Guidelines For District Parents Serving on Short-listing and Interviewing Committees 

• A different person is selected for each competition. 
• An individual is selected by the district parent representatives. 
• The person must have a child at the level of schooling for which they are interviewing. 
• The same person serves on both shortlisting and interviewing for a position.
