Human Resources

The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Division include:

Recruitment and selection of all professional and support staff including principals and vice-principals, teachers, school and student support, clerical and administrative support, information technology support, cafeteria staff, building maintenance, heating, cleaning and building security, as well as gardening and grounds maintenance
Coordination and staffing of these personnel at our many schools and work sites
Employee orientation
Labour relations, including grievance management and union contract negotiation
Employee health, safety and support
