This march, the Britannia Bruins senior girls basketball team clinched the 2012 AA Provincial Senior Girls Basketball title in Kamloops.

Earlier this week, the school community turned out en masse to celebrate the team and the hard work that took them to the interior championship. The assembly included special guests from the local Britannia community, MLA Jenny Kwan and VSB Trustee Rob Wynen. The rally featured speeches from Britannia Principal Beverly Seed, Coach Mike Evans and Karen Li, the team's captain. Check out some photos from the event below.
