Elsie Roy Elementary is blessed with a fantastic location and a number of wonderful partnerships with both their neighbourhood community centre (a stone's throw away) and the local business community. On Friday, September 7th, the Elsie Roy school community said thank you to all their neighbours and unveiled a short video at a school assembly that explores the school and its partnership. The four minute Partnerships Make a Difference video was created to celebrate these relationships.

During the half-hour assembly, Elsie Roy staff also handed out hundreds of kindness bracelets aimed at recognizing and increasing kindness and happiness around the school.
