Kind Reminder Regarding Parking:
To ensure our teachers and staff have the parking spaces they need to best support your children, please do not park or stop in the staff parking lots, even for quick drop-offs. This applies to both the new and old school parking lots.
We kindly ask you to use street parking instead. Your cooperation helps our staff dedicate their time to preparing and serving your children effectively.
Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
Daylighters Winter Food Drive:
As you saw above, our Daylighters Club -- students and staff who promote leadership and community service -- will be hosting a Winter food drive from December 3rd to December 17th. Everyone is welcome to contribute. We are collecting for the Marpole Community Food Hub located at St. Augustine's Church. Please limit your donations to the following items: canned vegetables, canned beans, canned soups/stews, toothpaste, toothbrushes, baby food, and baby snacks. Thank you very much.

Free Kick Soccer:
As a school, we have been very fortunate to have Carrie Serwetnyk hosting a Thursday lunch girls soccer drop-in. Carrie is a Canadian soccer hall of famer and her enthusiasm and expertise are second to none here in Canada. Carrie’s organization, Free Kick Soccer, will be hosting after-school programs from January through March (until spring break) for those interested. Please have a look at the flyer attached (link at bottom of this page) to this message. You can register here: Register Free Kick
Thank you for entrusting your children to our school. We are grateful for the community we work in. Enjoy the weekend and please be ready to bundle your children up nice and warm when coming to school the next few weeks!
