MyEd BC Student Family Portal MyEd BC Family Portal accounts will be closed for maintenance starting on August 9, and reactivated for returning students in September 2024.  Should you require a copy of your Learning Update during this time please email SecondaryStudentRecordsHamber@vsb.bc.ca.  

Change of Address  If the student’s new address falls within a different catchment school, the family should check with their current school regarding summer office hours to update their address with their original catchment school and to apply to the new catchment school.

Late Returns in September For any student expecting to return to school later than noon on Friday, September 6, 2024, but prior to Friday, September 30, 2024, please complete the Notice of Late Return Form and email it to SecondaryStudentRecordsHamber@vsb.bc.ca by Friday, June 28, 2024.  Please be aware that if school administrators cannot verify your child's attendance at school by noon on Friday, September 6, 2024 your child's space will be given to another student on the school's waitlist.

Timetable Changes Administrators, counsellors and teachers are not working during the summer.  Further information regarding timetable questions/changes will be provided in the first week of school.
