Parents' Advisory Council

Parents' Advisory Council (PAC)

The school has an active, inclusive and involved parent group which meets monthly during the school year. In addition to auxiliary and fundraising functions, the PAC takes an active interest in the classroom life of the school and affairs of the district as a whole.

PAC Executive Members would like to take this opportunity to welcome all students and parents to our school. As parents of children attending Renfrew, you are automatically members of the Parents' Advisory Council and have a say in PAC decisions.

All parents are encouraged to attend our general meetings during the school year, as well as our Annual General Meeting in June where we hold elections for a new executive committee. Meetings always consist of a principal report, treasurer report, and chair report. General meetings are held online, monthly on Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm. The link is sent via our email list and posted on our Google Calendar (request the link via email). A link to the meeting minutes will be posted on our Facebook group when a draft is available.
