Churchill Main School Office Hours will be open Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm.  You may contact the main school office staff by emailing churchill@vsb.bc.ca.  The office will be closed from August 5-15. 

Schools are closed for registrations during July and August.  If you have moved into the area and would like to submit a registration, please visit the Newcomer Welcome Centre website on how to apply:  https://www.vsb.bc.ca/nwc. Registrations processed at NWC will be reviewed by the school at the end of August.  You will not receive a response on the status of your application at this time.  Please wait until the school contacts you.

MyEd BC Account Access: All MyEd BC Student Family accounts will be suspended by August 8, 2025.  As such there will be no access to the published learning update (report card) after August 8, 2025.   If you foresee the need to access your published Learning Update during the summer, we suggest printing a hard copy or saving a digital copy to a medium that you can access. Returning students’ accounts will be reactivated on the first day of school – September 2, 2025. If you need support with this over the summer, you can contact the main office via email churchill@vsb.bc.ca.   

Notice of Late Return

If for any reason you know that your student(s) will not be returning to school for the start of the school year and expect to return LATER THAN noon on Friday, September 5, 2025, but prior to Monday, September 29, 2025, please fill in the Notice of Late Return form and submit to the office or email it to churattendance@vsb.bc.ca.   The link to this form can be found here.
