We are working on a digital application process for the 2024-2025 school year. As a result, we ask schools do not submit applications for Alternative Education Programs for the 2024-2025 at this time. Schools will be notified when the application system is open.

Alternate and Alternative Programs Map

Important Information:

• Applications stay active for one calendar year.
• Junior Alternative Programs run as a linear system (September-June).
  • Applications for Junior Programs are open September-March of each school year.
  • Applications received after April 1 will be considered for the next school year.
• Senior Alternative Programs run as a semester system (Sept-Jan & Feb-June).
  • Applications for our senior programs will close 3 weeks after the start of a semester.
  • Applications received after this will be considered for the start of the next semester.

Inter-Agency Programs:

Referrals for the Inter-Agency Programs must be submitted through a MCFD Social Worker or Youth Justice Worker.
