The Vancouver School Board partners with BCIT to offer the Architectural CADD and Graphics Technician program.

Program Details

This program is taught at BCIT campus in Burnaby and runs from September to June.

The School District covers the cost of tuition. However, students are responsible for purchasing their own program learning resources and equipment.

Please note that students must be in grades 10 or 11 to apply for Dual Credit programs. Students are encouraged to complete English 12 in their grade 11 year or be prepared to complete it in Summer School.

Course Contents

Students will learn drafting, computer applications, and graphic presentation with architectural and design skills used in the preparation of architectural projects, and construction of buildings.
