Some people are reporting that Vancouver School District e-mails have not reached their mailboxes. This problem is often due to spam and junk mail filters accidentally identifying e-mail from @vsb.bc.ca  addresses as spam.

• Please add our domain: @vsb.bc.ca  to your safe senders list, and/or your e-mail contacts.

• Check your “Junk Mail” folder frequently to be sure that Vancouver School District e-mail was mistakenly sent there, if you are expecting an e-mail from us that you have not received.
