Communicating Student Learning
Communicating Student Learning (CSL) is on-going, responsive communication between students, families, and teachers about students' strengths, areas for growth, and ways to support learning.
CSL values student voice and input on their own learning. Communicating Student Learning takes on many forms such as: conferences, portfolios, work samples, audio, video, pictures, student reflections and written work.
Written reports are part of the CSL process and are sent home twice a year at the end of January and on the last day of classes in June. At McBride Annex we will be having our Parent Conferences on November 13th and 14th, 2019 and our Student-Led Conferences on March 11th and 12th, 2020.
