Parent/Caregiver-Teacher Conferences are an excellent way to engage in the educational success planning for your child. We encourage all families to have ongoing communication with a student's teachers and this event is a perfect opportunity to meet face-to-face.

The next Parent/Caregiver-Teacher Conferences will be held on April 16, 2026 in the Main Gym. Sessions run from 3:15 - 4:30 pm and 5:15 - 7:00 pm. Students will be dismissed at 2:05 PM on April 16^th.

Appointments are scheduled through http://www.parentinterviews.com/vancouver-technical, an online scheduling tool.

• Caregivers can CREATE AN ACCOUNT and add their child(ren) NOW. Accounts created for the Semester 1 conferences (November, 2025) can be used for the April 16 conferences.
• Online booking is open from Wednesday, April 1 at 7:00 PM to Wednesday, April 15 at 11:59 PM. 
• Appointments tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and avoid disappointment.
• Murray Anderson will be available for appointments only for parents and caregivers of students participating in LRP (the Leadership and Resiliency Program).
• NEW: Translators can be added to appointments booked with teachers. 

Important Information:

• Appointments will be 7 minutes in length and are available on a first come, first served basis. 
• Appointments are scheduled back-to-back; we ask you to move quickly from one appointment to the next.
• Waitlists will be created if a teacher is fully booked. We encourage you to contact your child’s teachers directly at any time to arrange a time to speak or meet. Teacher email addresses are on the school website HERE.
