The library at Quilchena Elementary is a place where our students and their families can find information and ideas that will help expand their imagination, knowledge, and skills to become happy and responsible citizens.  It is a safe space for students to explore and develop their identities.

The aim of the Quilchena library program is to support the teaching and learning throughout the school community. This is done primarily though the collaborative planning and teaching practices of the teacher-librarian and classroom teachers. The teacher-librarian also supports the development of the reading lives of all students.
