Our office is now operating on Summer Hours.  The building is only accessible with an appointment. Please call the school at 604-713-8233 to speak with a staff member.   

 There are NO administrators, counsellors or teachers working during the summer.

FOR TRANSCRIPTS:  

Please click here to access the Ministry of Education website to order your transcripts .  You will require your PEN number in order to do this.  You can obtain your PEN number on your report card (past or current) or log into your MyEd Account https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do.  

For printed copies of your report card, please email Lavelle Chan at lschan@vsb.bc.ca or Debbie at dhahn@vsb.bc.ca.  

Please note that requests can take up to 10 business days to process.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Please note that current VSB students who will be changing addresses over the summer do not need to report to NWC.   If the student’s new address falls within a different catchment school, the family should check with their school regarding summer office hours to update their address with their original catchment school and to apply to the new catchment school.

TIMETABLE CHANGES 

Counsellor's will be in during the last week of August to make changes to timetables.  Please be sure to contact your counsellor via email during the last week of August, or check the Tupper Website for more information!
