To all Parents, Staff and Community members of John Oliver Secondary,

We in the Music Program are holding our first John Oliver Concert in the Auditorium on Thursday, November 21st!  Please save this evening date in your calendar as it'll be a fantastic program featuring the works of our Beginner band and Jazz Band!  

This concert will focus on fundraising for our spring band trip to BANFF/CALGARY!  This proposed 8 day/7 night trip will provide a rich cultural experience discovering parts of the interior and our Albertan neighbours!  To help fundraise and keep costs low for students, we are holding a Silent Auction and are collecting items from the community.

The Silent Auction will start in the Auditorium at 6pm and will feature prizes such as:

• Skin Care Package from Skin Medica (worth $491)
• Levoit Humifier (brand new in box, worth $115)
• 1 hour massage session from Prosper Health and Rehab 
• 1 x 12 session package to Eastside Fitness (valued at $170)
• A gift package from Jak's Beer Wine and Spirits (valued at over $100)
• And many more to come!!!

Come attend and get your holiday shopping done early!

Performances start at 7pm featuring the work of the Beginner Band and the 24 Karat Jazz Band.  Admission is by donation
