Office Hours:

The Main Office is open from 8am-2pm on weekdays (with the exception of the statutory holidays). However, staffing in the office varies throughout the summer break, and the office will be closed on days when all of the office staff are on vacation. Visitors are advised to contact us by email or by phone to make arrangements prior to arrival.

Student Registration:

Students who are new to the Vancouver School District will complete an online registration to start the application process. Please follow the instructions in an email sent out by the Newcomer Welcome Centre (NWC) upon registration. Families will be provided with a link to an online booking system to schedule an appointment with the NWC. (Please note that appointments will be not made over the phone or in person.) Appointments for the following 30 days are open for booking. Verification of supporting documents and, if needed, assessment will be processed at the NWC.
