For Students

VSB Login: To login to VSB computers and programs, you will need your student number and password. The password will be given to you once it is created by the school district. To reset your password go to studentpass.vsb.bc.ca or see one of your teachers.

Teams, Outlook Email, and Microsoft 365: Go to https://tinyurl.com/3a939kkn and sign in with your VSB account. See Ms. Nanda in the library to get help. 

MyEd: To access MyEd: https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do

MyEd is where learning updates (report cards), student attendance, course schedules, and transcripts are listed. If students need their password reset or account re-activated, please see one of our front office staff.

Your login ID will be your student number, and the default password is ________________. This is a different login from the VSB account 
NOTE: Parents and students share one account.

How to Log in to FIT Planner: https://fitplanner.vsb.bc.ca students use FIT Planner to sign up for Flexible Instructional Time. Student expectations for FIT and information on using the FIT planner can be found at https://tinyurl.com/5f4d5utx

How to join VSB Wifi: Choose VSB SECURED. Use your VSB username and password to log in. 

For Parents/Guardians

MyForms: Parents/guardians go to http://myforms.vsb.bc.ca to sign important forms online. If needed, we can also sign these forms on your behalf if you wish please email secondaryStudentRecordsTempleton@vsb.bc.ca

School Fees: Students are able to pay for school fees using School Cash Online https://vsb.schoolcashonline.com/. More information on school fees as well as a guide to using School Cash Online is available https://tinyurl.com/mrw5jnac

Absences: Email tmplsafearrival@vsb.bc.ca to excuse your child’s absence (whether for a timeframe known in advance or after the student has returned to school). Include the following info: 
 -First and last name of student 
 -Grade 
 -Dates and/or Periods missed
 -Reason for absence(s)
