Science

Science and scientific literacy play a key role in educating citizens of today for the world of tomorrow. Critical to succeeding in this endeavour are the core competencies that provide students with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make ethical decisions.

Studying Science at Gladstone provides opportunities for us to better understand the natural world. Through science, we ask questions and seek answers to grow our individual and collective scientific knowledge.

We put a strong emphasis on doing Science and students are expected to develop useful practical skills that are transferable to their everyday life.

All students are expected to complete Junior Science 8, 9, 10 and then a Science course at Grade 11 or above is required for Graduation.
