2023/2024 Gym Renewals 

We are now processing historical gym user groups.  You are eligible to renew your 2022/2023 school year rental contract for the same time, same day and same facility and within the same start and end dates.  A survey link will be sent out to eligible user groups.

New gym requests will be processed starting August 1, 2023.  Please complete an application form.

2023/2024 Outdoor Sports Field Renewal Request (Fall/Winter) is now closed.

As of July 1, 2023, we will consider all Fall/Winter historical rollovers to be complete and open our fields to new requests.
