Mia Liu currently serves as student trustee, providing an important student voice to the Board. A grade 11 student at Lord Byng Secondary, Mia is an active member of her student council, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and the debate team. Outside of school, she sits on the RCMP National Youth Advisory Committee and runs Hand Me Down Raise Me Up, a non-profit that facilitates access to affordable second-hand learning resources, currently operating at several schools around Vancouver.
