New students
Registration process for new students
Please submit the following documents to adulteducationadvisors@vsb.bc.ca
- Complete an Intake Form and Code of Conduct (note: you will need to open and save the Intake Form and Code of Conduct using Adobe Acrobat); make sure to fill in both the Intake Form and read and sign the Code of Conduct.
- Provide proof of status in Canada (passport, birth certificate, Permanent Resident Card, Convention Refugee documents, Refugee Claimant documents, Status Card, Work Permit in effect past June 30 2024, etc.)
- Include official Photo ID if not included in the documents above.
Next steps:
Once your documents have been received, you will be contacted to arrange an appointment with an academic advisor to help you with registration. Please note, you may be asked to write an English or Math assessment before meeting with an advisor.

Eligibility:
VSB Adult Education follows our district “Access to City Services without Fear” guidelines. Prospective students who have questions about their eligibility to attend are also welcome to contact our school directly at 604-713-5770.
