As required annually by the Ministry of Education, the District drafted an Annual Framework for Enhancing Student Learning (FESL) Report. It looks at results from various grade K-12 assessments to determine the intellectual, human and social, and career development outcomes among students. The report follows guidelines distributed by the Ministry of Education. 

The 2023-2024 Annual Enhancing Student Learning Report was approved by the Board at its public meeting on September 23, 2024.

All school plans are aligned with the Framework for Enhancing Student Learning and our VSB Education Plan 2026. The school plan for each school (school directory) can be found in the "About Us" section of the school website under "School Plan".
