In early June, Fleming Elementary celebrated its centennial with cake, a carnival and all sorts of fantastic dressed up "decade" rooms. Dozens of student guides toured young and old alumni through the old halls while outside, the Lions Club BBQed up a storm. The field was packed with inflatable slides, a bouncy castle and a range of carnival games along with a silent auction and other attractions.

Fleming Principal Liz Kloepper says the entire event was a huge success.
